Starting with the Sagai (Engagement) through the multiple pre-wedding and wedding events, the ceremonies, rituals and celebrations are rich in culture. The Mehndi ceremony, or Mehendi, is one of the most common and the Sangeet and Haldi are two other events likely to take place. Our venue is located at the Chino Airport and offers an open-air environment with breathtaking views of the rolling hills, vintage aircraft and more. Your guests will be sure to love this unique, one of a kind venue. Cal Aero Aviation Country Club is both an indoor and outdoor venue.

The 5000 square feet of indoor event space includes the upstairs bridal suite and groom’s quarters that provide the privacy and luxury of personal space to change and relax in a quiet environment. Additionally the 4500 square feet of outdoor event space allows Cal Aero Events to accommodate up to 400 guests.

FAQs

What are the hours we can have our event?

You will receive 4 hours for set up and 5 or 6 hours of event time, depending if it’s a reception(5) or a wedding (6). Start and end time is decided by the client. However, all events must end by midnight.

Are there any additional charges not listed?

Cal Aero Events does not have any hidden charges. All pricing is emailed with pricing sheets to easily explain the costs.

What is your capacity?

Cal Aero Events can accommodate up to 400 guests with indoor and outdoor seating

Are we allowed to bring in our own catering?

Yes, you can. You may hire one of your choice or one from our preferred vendors list.

Can we have Alcohol at Cal Aero Events?

Yes, Alcoholic beverages are allowed at Cal Aero Events. However, we require the use of one of our preferred Bartenders from our preferred vendors list.

Do we need a wedding Coordinator?

Yes, we require you to have a day of coordinator to oversee your special day.

Can we decorate the walls?

Yes, You may drape the walls with piping if desired.

Can we add additional lighting?

Yes, you may add additional lighting inside the hanger and/or outside on the tarmac.

Do you have an area where the bride and groom can get ready?

Yes, you can rent the Bridle Suite or Groomens Quarters or both for your event.
