“Love is in the Air” at the Cal Aero Aviation Country Club. This extraordinary “open-air “wedding venue provides a unique setting and stunning backdrop for your special day! A pristine 5,000 square foot hangar with vintage-style décor creates a comfortable setting for your wedding and reception.

The hangar opens up to a spacious outdoor area with a view of the runways and includes a stone fireplace and trellis with bar/barbecue area. This outdoor area provides a beautiful and impressive reception area as guests arrive.

The upstairs “Bridal Suite” overlooks the hangar reception area and provides a relaxing space for the bridal party to get ready.

The Groomsman’s Quarters also offers a place for the groomsman to get ready for the event.

The “Ready Room” is a vintage-style private bar area for VIP guests, and family.

Be sure to take a look at the list of additional rental items that may provide that special accent for your wedding or reception including the Aircraft Photo Booth “Photo-bomber”, Airplane Cowling Bars, Vintage Coke Machine, as well as Vintage aircraft for display or taxi for a real grand entrance!

FAQs

What are the hours we can have our event?

You will receive 4 hours for set up and 5 or 6 hours of event time, depending if it’s a reception(5) or a wedding (6). Start and end time is decided by the client, and you can purchase additional hours. All events must end by midnight.

Are there any additional charges not listed?

Cal Aero Events does not have any hidden charges. All pricing is emailed with pricing sheets to easily explain the costs.

What is your capacity?

Cal Aero Events can accommodate up to 400 guests with indoor and outdoor seating

Are we allowed to bring in our own catering?

Yes, you can. You may hire one of your choice or one from our preferred vendors list.

Can we have Alcohol at Cal Aero Events?

Yes, Alcoholic beverages are allowed at Cal Aero Events. However, we require the use of one of our preferred Bartenders from our preferred vendors list.

Do we need a wedding Coordinator?

Yes, we require you to have a day of coordinator to oversee your special day.

Can we decorate the walls?

Yes, You may drape the walls with piping if desired.

Can we add additional lighting?

Yes, you may add additional lighting inside the hanger and/or outside on the tarmac.

Do you have an area where the bride and groom can get ready?

Yes, you can rent the Bridle Suite or Groomens Quarters or both for your event.
