The 5000 square feet of indoor event space includes the upstairs bridal suite and groom’s quarters that provide the privacy and luxury of personal space to change and relax in a quiet environment. Additionally the 4500 square feet of outdoor event space allows Cal Aero Events to accommodate up to 400 guests.

What are the hours we can have our event?

You will receive 4 hours for set up and 5 or 6 hours of event time, depending if it’s a reception(5) or a wedding (6). Start and end time is decided by the client. However, all events must end by midnight.

Are there any additional charges not listed?

Cal Aero Events does not have any hidden charges. All pricing is emailed with pricing sheets to easily explain the costs.

What is your capacity?

Cal Aero Events can accommodate up to 400 guests with indoor and outdoor seating

Are we allowed to bring in our own catering?

Yes, you can. You may hire one of your choice or one from our preferred vendors list.
