What are the hours we can have our event?
You will receive 4 hours for set up and 5 hours for the event, and you can purchase additional hours as long as the event ends by midnight.
Are there any additional charges not listed?
Cal Aero Events does not have any hidden charges. All pricing is emailed with pricing sheets to easily explain the costs.
What is your capacity?
Cal Aero Events can accommodate up to 400 guests with indoor and outdoor seating
Are we allowed to bring in our own catering?
Yes, you can. You may hire one of your choice or one from our preferred vendors list.
Can we have Alcohol at Cal Aero Events?
Yes, Alcoholic beverages are allowed at Cal Aero Events. However, we require the use of one of our preferred Bartenders from our preferred vendors list.
Can we decorate the walls?
Yes, You may drape the walls with piping if desired.
Can we add additional lighting?
Yes, you may add additional lighting inside the hanger and/or outside on the tarmac.
Do you have an area to get ready?
Yes, we have two areas that can be rented to get ready for your event
